Job summary

Valley Women's Health in American Fork is seeking a friendly, customer-service driven Receptionist to support four offices across American Fork, Lehi, and Saratoga Springs. You will greet visitors, answer phones and chat, schedule appointments, and handle billing and patient registration with care.

This full-time role requires 7:30 am–6:00 pm shifts, 4–5 days per week, with travel between locations. Experience is preferred but not required, and Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person, on the phone, or via online chat.
• Answers inquiries and provides information about services.
• Schedules appointments for multiple providers/locations with accuracy.
• Manages billing policies and collects payments for services rendered.
• Updates and maintains patient registration records and insurance details.
• Maintains front reception area and ensures HIPAA compliance.
• Performs general clerical and administrative support as needed.
