Job summary

Alleare Consulting, LLC is seeking an L1 IT Support Engineer in Coral Gables, FL for a full-time role to provide day-to-day technical support, system administration, and acquisitions-related tasks across 400 locations and corporate team.

You will work with the IT Manager, IT Analyst and business units to resolve issues, deploy new systems, and support integrations of new acquisitions. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT operations, systems support, or a related role.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Windows, Intune and Entra ID.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
• Experience supporting multi-location or retail environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems and vendor coordination.
• Ability to work independently and with senior IT staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for corporate and field users, including hardware, software, connectivity, and account-related issues.
• Collaborate with outsourced IT partner to triage and resolve help desk tickets and escalate vendor-related issues.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup, account creation, and account management for several platforms.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate with ISPs for network and connectivity issues.
• Updates of key systems used at stores.
• Use of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID environments.
• Maintain and document inventory of IT assets.
• Assist with system monitoring, updates, and compliance-informed tasks.
• Consistent creation and maintenance of SOPs, knowledge base entries, and user guides.
• Acquisition and projects: Support IT integration for new locations, including account creation, connectivity, ordering setup of other needs etc.
• Assist IT Analyst with rollout of new systems, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.

IMMEDIATE NEW JOB OPPORTUNITY for a L1 IT Support Engineer to join our clients’ national organization based out of Coral Gables, FL. This role will provide day-to-day technical support and assist with system administration and acquisition-related technology tasks across corporate office and stores. This role is essential in maintaining smooth IT operations across 400 locations and the corporate team, ensuring users receive responsive support while maintaining compliance, security, and system integrity.

• Familiarity with POS systems, ISPs, and vendor coordination.
• Exposure to Microsoft administration, networking fundamentals, and ticketing systems.
