Warn Industries in Clackamas, OR is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR across multiple locations. The role covers employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, safety, and policy application within a collaborative HR team.

You will work with leaders to balance employee care with business needs, maintain confidential records, and help improve the employee and leader experience.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in human resources, training, or a related field.
• Experience in several HR areas such as employee relations, recruiting, compliance, benefits, leave, compensation, or training.
• Clear, thoughtful communication and a strong service mindset.
• Good judgment, integrity, discretion, and respect for confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Be a welcoming, responsive HR resource for employees and leaders.
• Support employee relations matters by gathering information and helping move concerns toward resolution.
• Coach leaders through workplace questions, performance conversations, policy application, and team concerns.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, benefits and leave questions, training, and other HR programs.
• Ensure HR processes and policies are applied consistently and with good judgment.
• Partner with Safety team to route safety concerns and follow up.
