Job summary

Warn Industries in Clackamas, OR is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to partner with employees and leaders across locations. This hands-on role covers employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and training, with a focus on consistent policy application and practical problem solving.

You will collaborate with a team of HR professionals, maintain confidential records, and help create a respectful, productive work environment. Prior HR experience and strong judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in human resources, training, or a related field.
• Experience in multiple HR areas such as employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and training.
• Clear, thoughtful communication and a service mindset.
• Ability to listen, manage priorities, and complete tasks with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Be a welcoming HR resource for employees and leaders.
• Support employee relations matters with information gathering and documentation.
• Coach leaders through workplace questions, policy application, and team concerns.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, benefits and leave questions, training and HR programs.
• Help ensure HR processes and policies are applied consistently with good judgment.
• Coordinate with Safety team and site leaders on safety concerns and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information.
• Learn the business and find practical ways to improve the employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR teammates and business partners across locations.
