Job summary

Warn Industries in Clackamas, Oregon is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to partner with employees and leaders across multiple locations. This onsite role supports employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and training while upholding HR policies with good judgment.

You will collaborate with the Safety team and site leaders, maintain confidential records, and help drive a positive employee experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in human resources, training, or a related field.
• Experience in several HR areas, such as employee relations, recruiting, compliance, benefits, leave, compensation, or training.
• Clear, thoughtful communication and a strong service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be a welcoming, responsive HR resource for employees and leaders.
• Support employee relations matters by listening, gathering information, documenting appropriately, and helping move concerns toward fair and timely resolution.
• Coach leaders through workplace questions, performance conversations, policy application, and team concerns.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, benefits and leave questions, training, employee communications, and other HR programs.
• Help ensure HR processes and policies are applied consistently and with good judgment.
• Partner with our Safety team and site leaders to route safety concerns and support timely follow-up.
• Keep accurate records, protect confidential information, and follow through on commitments.
• Learn how the business operates and look for practical ways to improve the employee and leader experience.
• Work closely with HR teammates and business partners across locations.
