Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of three maintenance shop locations.
• Lead Shop Managers and technicians; provide coaching and support.
• Audit, review, and close work orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage P&L statements and budgets for shop operations.
• Build vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective outsourced services.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard qualified mechanics and technicians.
