Job summary

Transervice Logistics Inc. is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead three MHE shops in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, ensuring safe, reliable maintenance and strong customer satisfaction.

The role oversees preventive maintenance, repairs, and records, while driving uptime and cost efficiency across sites. The position requires hands-on leadership, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to coordinate across multi-shift operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple MHE maintenance shops across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and environmental requirements.
• Experience maintaining forklifts and related warehouse equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks, batteries, chargers).

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate maintenance across three MHE shops, including multi-shift coverage.
• Ensure contractual service requirements, staffing, procedures, and customer expectations are met.
• Lead and develop shop foremen, lead technicians, and technicians; conduct performance evaluations.
