Job summary

Stretch Zone in Fayetteville and Rogers, AR seeks a Fitness Studio Manager to lead two studios, supervise staff, and drive member growth. The role blends hands-on Stretch Practitioner work with studio leadership, requiring a sales mindset and strong people skills.

You will spend time mentoring staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring an exceptional member experience across both locations. Leadership potential and flexibility for evenings/weekends are important.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness or wellness environments is a plus.
• Leadership potential with ability to grow into management across two studios.
• Sales-focused attitude and comfort meeting members and leads.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support team members across two studios.
• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as needed.
• Help manage staffing, schedules, and daily studio operations.
• Introduce prospective members to Stretch Zone and grow memberships.
• Follow up with leads and prospective members to close opportunities.
• Coach the team to achieve studio performance goals and deliver exceptional member experiences.
