Job summary

StretchLab seeks an Area Manager to oversee the main studio and 2–3 additional StretchLab locations. You will lead General Managers, drive revenue, and ensure high standards of client experience and operational excellence across all studios.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing multiple locations, preferably in fitness or wellness.
• Strong leadership with accountability for results.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics across locations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the main location and ensure success of 2–3 additional locations.
• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and drive membership growth.
• Lead and mentor General Managers to ensure team alignment.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all locations and implement improvements.
• Foster a positive, motivating work environment aligned with StretchLab values.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute marketing initiatives and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies at all locations.
