Job summary

Stretch Zone in Fayetteville and Rogers, AR seeks a Fitness Studio Manager to lead two studios, supervise staff, and drive member growth. The role blends hands-on Stretch Practitioner work with studio leadership, requiring a sales mindset and strong people skills.

You will spend time mentoring staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring an exceptional member experience across both locations. Leadership potential and flexibility for evenings/weekends are important.

$22.00/hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses | Full-Time

Stretch Zone is looking for an energetic, motivated professional to help lead our Fayetteville and Rogers studios.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fitness and wellness, is good with people, has a sales mindset, and is ready to take the next step into management.

You do not need previous experience managing multiple locations. We're looking for someone with leadership potential who wants an opportunity to grow.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on management position. You'll spend about half your time working directly with members as a trained Stretch Practitioner and the other half helping lead our two studios.

You’ll:

Fitness Experience Is a Plus—Not a Requirement

Experience in personal training, gyms, boutique fitness, wellness, membership sales, retail leadership, hospitality, or another people-focused environment can all translate well to this position.

A fitness-related degree or certification is a plus, but it's not required. We're more interested in finding the right person than the perfect résumé.
