Job summary

Stretch Zone in Fayetteville and Rogers, AR, is seeking a Fitness Studio Manager to lead two studios with a hands-on, people-focused approach.

You'll supervise staff, drive memberships, deliver member experiences, and manage daily operations. This full-time role offers $22/hour plus monthly bonuses and growth opportunities, with paid training and PTO. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is needed.

Stretch Zone is looking for an energetic, motivated professional to help lead our Fayetteville and Rogers studios.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fitness and wellness, is good with people, has a sales mindset, and is ready to take the next step into management.

You do not need previous experience managing multiple locations. We're looking for someone with leadership potential who wants an opportunity to grow.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on management position. You'll spend about half your time working directly with members as a trained Stretch Practitioner and the other half helping lead our two studios.

You’ll:

• Have flexibility to work some evenings and weekends based on studio needs

Fitness Experience Is a Plus—Not a Requirement

Experience in personal training, gyms, boutique fitness, wellness, membership sales, retail leadership, hospitality, or another people-focused environment can all translate well to this position.

A fitness-related degree or certification is a plus, but it's not required. We're more interested in finding the right person than the perfect résumé.
