Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, facilities, or related fields.

• Proficiency with Excel and work order/project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive maintenance and facility service programs.
• Coordinate program schedules, vendors, and service frequencies.
• Develop scopes of work and service standards for multi-location programs.
• Solicit proposals, compare pricing, and assist with vendor selection.
• Monitor vendor performance and compliance with standards.
• Review invoices and validate work against pricing and scope.
• Track program spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain calendars, contracts, and performance reporting.
