Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a District Manager 2 to lead a diverse portfolio of 20 accounts across Eastern PA and parts of NJ. You’ll guide 18 managers and 100+ teammates, mentor on-site staff, and strengthen client partnerships while focusing on growth and operational excellence.

You’ll manage budgets, forecast outcomes, and drive P&L performance, shaping enterprise-wide priorities through cross-functional collaboration and strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years management experience and 7 years related experience.
• Leadership experience across multiple sites with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a district of 20 accounts across defined regions.
• Lead 18 managers and 100+ team members in operations and client care.
• Drive growth, client partnerships, and operational excellence.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L to deliver results.
