Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions seeks a District Manager to lead multiple divisions across locations, drive high customer satisfaction, and guide back-office support as the company grows nationally.

This role requires five-plus years in district management within fire alarm or security, strong leadership, and solid budgeting experience, with an emphasis on NFPA standards and OSHA safety practices. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided in a national organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in a District Management role within the fire and security industry.
• Proven track record of growing a business as a District Manager.
• Ability to communicate effectively to a diverse group of stakeholders including leadership, staff, customers and vendors.
• Strong understanding of Profit and Loss statements and key financial drivers with budget responsibility.
• Familiarity with NFPA codes and standards and OSHA safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple Divisions/locations.
• Develop and implement a strategic growth strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Develop annual budgets and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage Profit and Loss statements for each Division.
• Support cash flow and working capital targets and ensure strong asset management.
