Lead, hire, train, and mentor Shop Managers, Service Advisors, and Technicians while ensuring a transparent, 5-star customer experience and strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in automotive repair or tire industry.
• Experience managing multiple locations or high-volume shops.
• Strong knowledge of tire business and automotive repair processes.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate sales and service teams to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple shop locations and ensure efficiency, safety, and standards.
• Drive revenue growth in tire sales and auto repair services by monitoring KPIs for each shop.
• Hire, train, and mentor Shop Managers, Service Advisors, and Automotive Technicians to build high-performing teams.
• Ensure a transparent, 5-star customer experience across all locations and handle escalated issues.
• Monitor tire and parts inventory, ensure equipment maintenance, and OSHA compliance.
• Report shop performance and staffing needs to upper management.
