StorQuest Self Storage is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to serve customers across multiple sites. You will manage rentals, payments, and merchandise sales while supporting store managers and ensuring a clean, organized facility.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Customer Service or Sales is preferred.
• Experience with cash handling is required.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Strong guest service and sales focus with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage all rental processes including converting sales, taking payments, selling merchandise and offering insurance.
• Assist customers across multiple store locations and provide support as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and operate stores daily, balance receipts, and process deposits.
• Handle routine maintenance, inspect stores, and coordinate repairs with vendors.
