Amarillo Gear Company LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks an Accounting Clerk to manage core accounting across three ledgers with primary duties at Amarillo Gear Service. You will handle journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, and intercompany activity, supporting inventory, audit and reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years in accounting, strong Excel/ERP skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-location teams.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Experience with general ledger transactions and account reconciliations; multi-ledger or intercompany experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; ERP experience preferred.
• Cost and/or manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
• Extreme attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills; team player.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain three ledgers through journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable; process weekly payments.
• Record cash receipts and credit card payments; process intercompany activity.
• Support inventory, audits and internal controls; assist in reporting requirements.
• Assist Senior Accountant with year-end close and intercompany transactions.
