Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Manufacturing experience with cost accounting focus preferred.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead all general ledger and financial reporting across multiple sites.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
• Drive cost accounting including standard costing, variance analysis, and cost roll accuracy.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning insights.
• Oversee inventory accounting, asset management, and working capital.
