Amarillo Gear Company LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, backs by Berkshire Hathaway, seeks an Accounting Clerk to manage core accounting for three ledgers at Amarillo Gear Service. You’ll handle journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, intercompany activity, cash, and inventory support across three locations.

You will support audits, internal controls, and reporting while collaborating with the finance team to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.

Qualificações

• Three to five years of accounting experience, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Experience with general ledger transactions and reconciliations; multi-ledger or intercompany experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; ERP experience preferred.
• Cost and/or manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
• Extreme attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills; team player.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and enter journal entries for three ledgers.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations by the 2nd business day of the month.
• Reconcile bank statements for all locations; clear checks, wires and ACH transfers by the 2nd business day.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable; manage weekly payments.
• Handle intercompany transactions and year-end close support.
• Assist inventory, audit and internal control processes; support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with departments across all three locations.
