Multiline Representative – Insurance Sales Producer at Lori Henry State Farm Agency. This is an in-office, sales-focused role ideal for someone with insurance industry experience, sales experience, or a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals. The agency seeks a motivated, sales-driven professional to generate activity, build relationships, close business, cross-sell effectively, and contribute directly to agency growth. Insurance licensing is preferred; however, candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to obtain the required licenses. Licensing support and guidance will be provided.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business through outbound sales activity, lead follow-up, referrals, and prospecting
• Quote, present, and close policies across auto, home, renters, life, and health
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage
• Manage a sales pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up
• Overcome objections confidently and close business with urgency
• Track activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics
• Meet and exceed production goals in an in-office sales environment
• Collaborate with agency leadership and team members to support office growth
