Job summary

State Farm Agency is seeking a bilingual Spanish sales assistant for a remote account manager role. You will engage clients by phone, email and text, schedule appointments and process policy changes while growing client relationships.

Ideal candidates have State Farm agency experience, life and P&C licenses, and a coachable attitude. The position requires 9–5 PST hours, teamwork, and strong cross‑selling skills.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of State Farm Agency Experience.
• Property & Casualty and Life licensed.
• Must be available 9:00am-5:00pm PST Monday - Friday.
• An upbeat, positive, enthusiastic and coachable attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively with a team.
• Experience that demonstrates strong cross‑selling and sales skills.
• Ability to meet expectations with minimal supervision.
• Excellent writing, speaking and professional communication skills.
• Previous Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience.
