Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

About our Agency:

I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in software sales. I'm a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and as a father of four, family is at the center of everything I do.

Giving back to our community is important to me. I'm an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce, proudly support the local minor league baseball team, the Zoo Keepers, and enjoy sponsoring youth sports and community events.
