Job summary

Baxter Bouchillon - State Farm Agent in Covington, GA is seeking a detail-oriented, driven individual to join a small, tenured team of four. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, explaining available products, and building lasting relationships within the community.

You will support daily office operations, assist in marketing efforts, and maintain accurate records to ensure a consistent customer experience. Licensing or ability to obtain state licenses is required.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

I opened my agency in 1999 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in fire claims, but I always knew I wanted to follow in my father's footsteps as a second-generation State Farm agent. I'm a graduate of the University of Georgia and a proud parent of three adult children and grandparent to three wonderful grandchildren.
