Mytexasneighbor in Austin is seeking an experienced insurance producer who can sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance across multiple lines. You will work with inbound leads, referrals, and existing customers to identify coverage needs and deliver tailored protection plans.

You will focus on growing life insurance business, maintain an established client base, and earn competitive commissions with direct support from the agency owner who is invested in your success.

Qualifications

• Proven insurance sales experience with consistent production results.
• Active Texas P&C and Life & Health licenses.
• Experience selling auto, home, and life insurance.
• Strong closing, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance.
• Identify opportunities, present solutions, and close sales.
• Lead conversations on life insurance and build client base.
• Review coverage needs and recommend protection.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual production targets.
