You’ll leverage an established customer base with direct support from the agency owner, targeting strong production while avoiding traditional cold calling. Join a close-knit team that values hard work, growth, and meaningful results.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance sales experience.
• Active Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Experience selling personal lines insurance.
• Confidence discussing life insurance and closing sales.
• Strong follow-up, communication, and organizational skills.
• Dependable, motivated, coachable, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• New Business Sales: Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance.
• Lead Conversion: Follow up consistently and turn opportunities into customers.
• Life Insurance: Proactively introduce coverage and close sales.
• Coverage Reviews: Identify gaps and recommend appropriate protection.
• Cross-Selling: Help customers protect more of what matters.
• Customer Relationships: Build trust and generate referrals.
• Production Goals: Meet established weekly, monthly, and annual sales expectations.
