You’ll work with our established client base to review coverage, quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance, with life insurance a major priority. This role blends account management, customer retention, and sales with clear performance goals.

Formación

• Previous insurance sales experience.
• Active Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Experience quoting and selling personal lines insurance.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
• Confidence discussing life insurance and asking for the sale.
• Ability to manage customer accounts and meet sales goals.
• Dependable, motivated, coachable, and customer-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Account Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coverage Reviews: Identify gaps and recommend appropriate protection.
• Insurance Sales: Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand customer protection.
• Life Insurance: Proactively discuss life coverage and close sales.
• Customer Retention: Help customers understand their coverage and maintain long-term relationships.
• Follow-Up: Contact customers regarding policy reviews, renewals, and sales opportunities.
• Accountability: Maintain accurate records and meet service and sales goals.
