Qualifications

• College degree desired with professional designation.
• Self-motivated and organized with a professional appearance.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance coverage and applications.
• Proven ability to close sales and travel as required.
• Holds Texas Property and Casualty License and Life, Accident, Health & HMO licenses.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify target markets for commercial insurance sales and develop prospecting criteria.
• Make prospecting calls to meet sales goals.
• Promote Carroll Insurance Agency within the industry and community.
• Obtain and forward applications to market accounts with carriers.
• Provide risk management advice to clients and prospects.
• Coordinate pricing, coverage, commissions, and proposals with Account Manager/Marketing Specialist.
• Ensure timely delivery of policies to customers.
