The Atlantic District in Denton, Maryland is seeking a Multi-line Agent to build lasting relationships with individuals and small businesses. You will design comprehensive insurance solutions, manage a growing book of clients, and help them navigate coverage decisions with empathy and clarity.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Strong comfort level with quoting software and client management databases.
• Clear and empathetic communication style for phone and in-person consultations.
• Local knowledge of the Denton, MD area or an interest in community engagement.
• Proven ability to identify client needs through active listening.

Responsibilities
