Morrison Living in Richmond, VA seeks a System Director of Dining Services to lead multiple Food & Nutrition Services in acute care hospitals within a geography.

You will ensure client satisfaction, manage patient and non-patient dining operations, oversee budgeting, and coach a system-wide team of directors to meet quality, safety and cost targets.

Strong leadership, P&L accountability, and clinical nutrition knowledge are required; ServSafe and CDM or RD preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent with management experience in foodservice operations.
• Strong financial, budgeting and cost-control knowledge.
• Experience in multi-unit hospital foodservice environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee patient and non-patient dining operations across sites.
• Lead system directors to meet client expectations and budgets.
• Manage system budget and cost controls across all sites.
• Visit units and ensure quality, sanitation, and nutrition standards.
• Drive patient satisfaction and service excellence.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the dining services team.
