Job summary

• Three years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid bookkeeping, accounting or related experience.
• Substitution: college accounting courses may substitute for experience; 3 semester hours = 6 months experience.
• Alternative substitutions may apply via business school or vocational training.

• Process Accounts Payable transactions within the Fiscal Department.
• Balance accounts and code payables under multiple funding sources.
• Verify invoices for accuracy and timeliness; prepare detailed worksheets for monthly reporting.
