Job summary

Carter Lumber Company in Statesboro, GA seeks a Multi Family Coordinator to support the multi-family sales team and contractors with guidance, bid coordination, quotes, and orders.

You will act as a central contact, coordinate schedules, oversee billing and estimates, and ensure timely delivery of materials to projects. This role requires strong customer service and teamwork, with attention to detail and records management.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service is required.
• Knowledge of building materials, especially in multi-family construction.
• Experience with door manufacturing, millwork and trim preferred.
• Understanding of the multifamily construction process, including schedules and material needs.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong contractor relationships through excellent service.
• Coordinate bid schedules and maintain project information for timely responses.
• Process quotes and customer orders and ensure material availability for delivery.
• Support billing and estimate processes for multifamily projects.
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records for orders, projects, pricing, estimates and deliveries.
• Organize and maintain multifamily estimate logs.
• Assist the sales team in achieving sales and profit objectives.
