Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for Aqua at Sandy Springs in Georgia. You will oversee day-to-day property operations, lead the on-site team, and drive occupancy and revenue in a stabilized garden community of 219 units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience that demonstrates property management, sales, and customer service background.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Lead on-site staff and coordinate leasing, maintenance, and vendor relations.
• Analyze financial statements and market data to set rent strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address service requests promptly.
