Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for marketing and leasing assigned property.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures.
• Coordinates leasing events and resident services programming.
• Maintains knowledge of market conditions affecting leasing and operations.

Skills

Proficiency in Yardi

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
