Carter Kitchen & Bath, part of Carter Lumber, is seeking a design-savvy sales rep for commercial multi-family projects in Dayton, OH. You’ll design spaces, measure sites, and move opportunities through to the final sale with developers, builders, and homeowners.

Applicants should have strong knowledge of cabinetry trends, the ability to read blueprints, and proven sales skills. Growth is supported by a team that values people-first culture and professional development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design and sell to multi-family developers, general contractors, and project teams.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Ability to read blueprints and quote accurately.

Responsibilities

• Design interior spaces (kitchens, baths, offices, etc.) for commercial multi-family projects.
• Perform site measurements and manage the design-to-sale process across stakeholders.
• Secure final sale through strong sales strategies and relationship management.
