Responsibilities

• Maintain building cleanliness in common areas and units.
• Polish and disinfect furnishings and fixtures.
• Clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors periodically.
• Vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize bathrooms in common areas.
• Perform laundry and change bed linens as needed.
• Stock housekeeping supply rooms and carts; manage inventory.
• Collaborate with Director of Facilities on turnover planning.
• Ensure guest rooms are prepared to Kenect standards.
• Inspect equipment before and after use and report issues.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents promptly.
• Maintain records and communicate significant issues to management.
