Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a Housekeeper (Full-Time) to maintain clean and safe public spaces, common areas, and resident apartments in a welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

The role emphasizes friendly resident interaction, adherence to safety protocols, and accurate documentation of cleaning activities; training is provided as required, with a focus on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Basic technical skills to perform repetitive, well-defined tasks, with knowledge of standard organizational practices.

Responsibilities

• Floor maintenance including sweeping, mamping, waxing and buffing floors as needed.
• Carpet cleaning, vacuuming, deodorizing, and disinfecting carpets.
• Clean and disinfect surfaces and bathrooms; handle cleaning supplies safely.
• Clean assigned resident apartments and change linens; respect privacy.
• Provide friendly resident interaction and report health or safety concerns to management.
• Record and log cleaning activities according to procedures.
• Assist with disaster response and follow protocols for emergencies.
• Participate in in-service training and on-the-job education.
