Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior community spaces including offices, fitness centers, rooms, and restrooms.
• Perform cleaning tasks: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and trash removal.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and organized; maintain equipment and storage areas.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns observed during rounds.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Provide friendly customer service to residents and guests in shared spaces.
