The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the Kenect community in an attractive, safe and quality condition and assisting the Director of Facilities in the operations of the maintenance department, ensuring success in all departments including residential units, Coworking spaces, amenities, and common areas, all while abiding by local and federal fair housing guidelines. Primary functions include: maintain and upkeep building cleanliness and service and clean vacant or occupied units in accordance with Kenect standards.
