Job summary

MLP Management, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Floating Maintenance Technician for our Missouri communities, Aventura at Mid Rivers and Aventura at Richmond. You will maintain appearance and perform routine and preventative maintenance, including make-readies and painting, while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of maintenance experience (3 in multi-family), EPA Type I & II, Make-ready/painting, Class A preferred, CPO preferred, and be available for on-call.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years maintenance experience (at least 3 in multi-family industry)
• EPA Certification is required, Type I & II
• Make-readies and painting experience required
• Class A maintenance experience preferred
• CPO Certification is preferred
• Yardi experience preferred
• Must be available to be on-call as required
• Current and valid driver's license and auto insurance required

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community
• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Execute preventative maintenance programs
• Complete make readies in a detailed and timely manner including painting
• Maintain proper level of inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed
• Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules

• Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community
• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Execute preventative maintenance programs
• Complete make readies in a detailed and timely manner including painting
• Maintain proper level of inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed
• Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules
