You will supervise Ryan employees, subcontractors, and project management, enforcing safety programs and guiding quality control across all trades and scopes.

Responsibilities include developing a site safety plan, managing subcontractors per contract, tracking CPM schedules, assisting with budget and procurement, and maintaining thorough daily

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent in construction field.
• Able to read blueprints and specs.
• Pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• Ability to stay calm under stress.
• Team player with building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer site-specific safety program.
• Manage subcontractors per contract.
• Develop and track CPM schedule.
• Assist in budget development and management.
• Assist with material procurement.
• Establish and monitor Quality Control program.
• Daily documentation and file management.
• Hold and document required meetings.
