Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate on-site activities for all Ryan employees and subcontractors, ensuring projects finish on time and within budget. You will enforce safety, manage budgets, and train personnel while coordinating with trades foremen and project management.

The role requires reading blueprints, scheduling, procurement support, and strong team leadership in a dynamic construction environment across multiple scopes.

Qualifications

• Post high school education or equivalent in construction.
• Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and random/post-accident testing.
• Documentation / file management.
• Must remain calm during stressful situations and work through challenges.
• Know when to ask for help when a task exceeds skills.
• Meeting management skills.
• Team player with team-building skills.
• Require moderate support from Field Coordinator.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and give direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site safety program per Ryan policies.
• Manage subcontractors per contract and coordinate their work.
• Develop and track CPM schedule.
• Assist in development and review of the construction budget and manage within budget.
• Assist with material procurement.
• Establish and monitor the Quality Control program.
• Daily documentation and file/print management.
• Hold, prepare, and document required meetings.
