Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Site Superintendent to coordinate on-site activities, manage safety, and control budgets for timely, on-budget project completion.

The role requires coordinating Ryan employees, subcontractors, and project management while enforcing safety programs and budgeting controls. Responsibilities include CPM scheduling, subcontractor oversight, material procurement, quality control, and daily documentation.

Qualifications

• Post high school education or equivalent in construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans and give proper direction.
• Ability to manage safety programs and document processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer a site safety program per Ryan policies.
• Manage subcontractors to perform work per contract.
• Develop and track a CPM schedule.
• Assist in budget development and cost control.
• Assist with material procurement.
• Establish and monitor the Quality Control program.
• Daily documentation, file management, and meetings.
