Job summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a Senior Superintendent to coordinate the work of Ryan employees, subcontractors, and project management on the jobsite to ensure on-time, on-budget completion. You will enforce safety programs, manage and train personnel, and monitor budget across multiple scopes.

This role collaborates with trades foremen, superintendents, and owners or tenants, reads contracts, value engineers, procures materials, and oversees select projects from bid to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and Ryan Company employees.
• Manage select projects applicable to experience.
• Comprehend and administer project budgets.
• Read and administer contracts.
• Value engineer projects and details.
• Assist project team with material procurement process.
• Expedite and control all material purchases.
• Negotiate and purchase limited contracts.
• Do estimates for self-performed work (bids).
• Oversee project closeout.
