SUNDEK Decorative Concrete Coatings seeks a Staff Accountant to perform full‑cycle accounting across multiple entities and support the Controller and Accounting Supervisor. You will own A/P, A/R, corporate card processing, and month‑end close tasks.

Key duties include vendor management, intercompany entries, reconciliations, payroll coordination, and reporting. A bachelor’s in accounting and strong Excel skills are required, with 2–4+ years of experience in transactional accounting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–4+ years of progressive accounting experience including A/P and A/R.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll system.

Aufgaben

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable across multiple entities.
• Handle vendor setup, W-9s, and corporate card transactions.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and intercompany entries.
• Coordinate payroll review and serve as backup for payroll processing.
• Produce ad hoc reports and assist with internal controls improvements.
• Maintain fixed assets and assist with year-end audits.
