Genesis Global Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to own full-spectrum accounting operations across multiple entities. You will manage day-to-day transactions, financial reporting, budgeting, and coordination with audits and tax filings.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and CPA certification is preferred. Strong ERP and payroll/tax knowledge is essential in a fast-paced environment.

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-spectrum accounting operations across entities.
• Manage AP, AR, and collections; assist month-end close.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Coordinate year-end close with audits; ensure tax filings.
• Support interdepartmental analytics and process improvements.
