SUNDEK is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the Controller and Accounting Supervisor across multiple entities. The role covers full-cycle accounting including AP/AR, corporate card processing, and month-end close with balance sheet reconciliations.

Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, intercompany allocations, credit card reviews, vendor setup, fixed assets, accruals, reconciliations, payroll reconciliation, and ad hoc reports. Onsite with potential hybrid after training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including direct, hands-on processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Demonstrated proficiency in accounting fundamentals, including debits and credits, accruals, allocations, intercompany activity, and subledger-to-general ledger reconciliation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices with PO and three-way match validation, GL coding, discrepancies, and payments.
• Record deposits and cash receipts; prepare multi-entity cost allocations, intercompany billings, and related journal entries.
• Review and record corporate credit card transactions; obtain supporting documentation from cardholders.
• Administer vendor setup and maintenance, including Forms W-9 collection.
• Maintain fixed asset records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare accruals, recurring journal entries, reclassifications, and supporting schedules.
• Reconcile data from payroll and POS systems to GL and bank activity; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare month-end close documentation and ad hoc reports; support ERP reporting and improvements.
• Backup payroll, AP, deposits, GL uploads, and reconciliations; participate in cross-training.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

2–4+ years progressive accounting experience

Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Lookup, Data Analysis)
