Job summary

CFS, located in Portland, OR, seeks a Senior Accountant to oversee accounting across multiple entities and drive accurate financial reporting. You will manage intercompany activities, lead month-end closes, and ensure ledger integrity while supporting audit readiness.

The role offers a path toward leadership within a complex multi-entity environment. Hybrid work arrangement includes three days onsite and two days remote, with opportunities to optimize ERP and accounting systems such as Sage.

Qualifications

• Multi-entity accounting experience.
• Technical accounting and month-end close expertise.
• Intercompany accounting and reconciliations experience.
• ERP/accounting systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial activities across multiple entities.
• Perform intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and related reporting.
• Lead month-end close activities and financial reporting processes.
• Review and maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity.
• Support audit preparation, compliance, and financial documentation requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
