Red Triangle Oil Company in California's Central Valley seeks a senior Controller to lead accounting across multiple entities, including fuel distribution, retail, and real estate. You will manage GAAP-compliant financial reporting, budgeting, and close processes while directing AR, AP, payroll, and treasury activities.

You will partner with the CFO to optimize cash flow, implement internal controls, and drive cross-functional process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and multi-entity experience.
• Analytical, organized, and capable of problem-solving across complex structures.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting for multiple entities, GL, month-/year-end closes, and consolidated reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance across fuel distribution, retail, and real estate operations.
• Lead audit readiness, regulatory reporting, and risk management initiatives.
• Manage cash flow, billing, collections, treasury, and vendor payments.
• Develop internal controls and drive process improvements with the CFO.
