The role requires extensive experience with ERP systems, fuel-related accounting practices, and real estate accounting across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will oversee AR, AP, payroll, treasury, and audit teams, ensure GAAP compliance, and partner with executives to drive financial performance and risk management in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical accounting background with deep knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience in multi-entity corporate structures.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and cross-department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions for multiple entities, including general ledger management, month-end and year-end close processes, and consolidated financial reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance across fuel distribution, convenience retail, and real estate operations.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Lead audit preparation, regulatory reporting, and risk management initiatives.
• Oversee cash flow, billing, collections, and treasury activities.
