Job summary

Tri Source International in Valencia, CA, seeks a Senior Accounting Manager / Controller to own the full accounting cycle across multiple entities. This hands-on role partners with executive leadership to improve processes, strengthen controls, and provide financial insight.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, GAAP expertise, and proven ability to manage AP, AR, GL, and multi-entity accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience managing the full accounting cycle.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Payroll accounting experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Valencia, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day accounting function for multiple companies and entities under the same ownership umbrella.
• Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records for each entity.
• Manage the complete accounting cycle, including journal entries, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, depreciation, and month‑end close.
• Perform bank, credit card, balance sheet, intercompany, and other account reconciliations.
• Establish and maintain a consistent accounting structure and chart of accounts across entities where appropriate.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies proactively.
• Coordinate with external CPAs, tax professionals, auditors, and other advisors.
• Provide leadership with clear, practical financial recommendations.
